Perfect location! The staff were so friendly and I felt very safe traveling alone.

High cost for resort fee and parking given the room cost. Main restaurant menu and food marginal. Coffee shop excellent.

The property is lovely but the rooms are older. Our AC didn’t work the first night which made our small room stuffy. I didn’t want to report it in the middle of the night and have workers trying to fix it so we waited until the next morning when we knew we’d be out. The staff was very helpful and fixed the AC right away. The gym is nice to have but it does get crowded with the business crowd staying at the hotel. The food was good in the restaurant and the service was excellent! We ended up using our free drink tickets for lattes, but I’m sure the cocktails would’ve been great too. Overall it was a nice stay, and we walked all over so it was centrally located as well.

I stayed at Clement Palo Alto, and my experience was outstanding. The entire team put a tremendous amount of energy, care, and attention into every detail to exceed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their commitment to exceptional service and hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Clean room

Loved everything about my stay. Staff was extremely helpful and even went out of their way to upgrade us. The hotel is beautiful as well as clean and the room was extremely better than described when booking. Definitely coming back.

Lacking a personal touch. If you prefer to not interact with people, this is your place.
