Great location - bang in the middle of central area.

Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue.

Stunning reception areas. Room a little dated but ver comfortable. Thick/hot duvet on bed. Noisy a/c. Only small hand shower over bath. Noisy location. I ordered room service breakfast. Fruit excellent but poor poached eggs on un toasted soft white bread.

Excellent location and the staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Room was excellent, the pool was brilliant and very clean, staff were top quality
