Love staying at this hotel although I only had 1 night this time around my stay was fabulous. I had an early morning flight and arrived in Mumbai at 10am the hotel were amazing and accommodated to have my rooms ready for when we arrived around at 10:45am. Food at the hotel was amazing as usual and we also managed to enjoy the sun set with a few drinks before dinner at the Italian restaurant at the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was anything but amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay on Marine Drive.

Every single time their breakfast area is crowded and they always keep moving you around so you cannot have the breakfast you want but only a sub menu with a poor service. Not sure why they cannot plan and execute what they promise to deliver. We don’t stay in these hotels to be ignored or receive a mediocre service.

What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay.
