Clean room, nice staff, great location, everything was super except for some small issues like the sound of mosque near hotel, the noise of staff putting their cleaning stuff next door in storage room.

Wonder full and lively convenient location. We booked studio apartment checked out on late 14 Dec 2025 although were booked until 17 DEC 2025. Overall experience was excellent. Room was clean. Washer and mini kitchen was included. Staff was cooperative. Complimentary bottles of water were available throughout stay. WiFi worked well. Food delivery from outside was easy as well. Daily house keeping and staff were changing bed sheets. Washroom was clean.

Good hotel, but pricey for the amenities

Enjoyed our stay. Good location close to metro and airport. Lovely heated rooftop pool. Was the highlight of our stay with the kids who loved the pool. Good service and nice rooms. Breakfast is good overall but a little slow replacing cups and food when needed. Would recommend.

The apartment in the hotel was amazing clean and the bed was comfortable and has washer and dryer

Room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Only downside is the elevator. You stay a long time before you can have access to one.

We stayed 8 nights and what a lovely experience and room. Staff was lovely. Will definitely stayin alot more at raffles

I’m glad I had different reservations so that I can make more comments here. I will not stop raving about the amazing staff. Everyone is so well trained. I almost felt like I was at a Ritz Carlton hotel. The Golden standard is definitely applied here. I love how helpful everyone was and how willing they were to assist us while we were here.

Breakfast was good but lacking variety. You pretty much got the same things every day. Flooring around the breakfast area needs a bit of work as it was patched up with tape in many areas. Staff seem okay but not that enthusiastic. Rooms were clean but close to the swimming pool where twice there were private functions taking place with loud music playing till late night. Overall a decent experience but would not call it outstanding given its a 5 star property.
