Good location clean rooms

Room was very spacious and clean

The rooms are just ok, cheaply renovated. The older gentleman that checked me in on Christmas day lacked any customer service etiquette. No cooked breakfast available, instead they direct you to a burger restaurant! No other on site services available, dont be fooled by "gym close by" etc. Dont expect anything more than a basic room and dont pay anything more than $200/night. You can do a lot better in Melbourne CBD.

When we first walked in it seemed lovely. But there are a few things that definitely need your attention. The ensuite bathroom was a disaster. The toilet continually filled up 24 hours a day...there was black hair all over the floor , there was mould in the shower, the right hand sink wouldn't drain so we didn't use it at all and the smell coming out of the drain was awful. You told us to use the towels from our room for the pool and spa,,but what we were supposed to use when we came back to shower? In the kitchen you need at least one tea towel to dry the few dishes we used and more detergent. The beds were comfy and linen was nice. There needs to be better communication about where to check in as well. We wandered around for ages trying to find out where to go.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne had some Expedia points to use thought I might spend a day and a night in the city. The hotel was perfectly located close to everything, very quiet I was a bit worried about the trams being so close outside but couldn't hear them at all, couldn't hear any internal noises either witch was great. The bed was comfortable thought the decor of the room had character really enjoyed my stay. Thankyou

A decent if not spectacular room. Ok value / definitely 4 star no more. Very clean with maid service every day over Xmas and helpful front desk staff. We had a fairly ok park view. Pool and gym were good as was laundry room but the bar was never open - a shame as we stayed in a hotel for some atmosphere and it was fairly busy.

We enjoyed this boutique hotel for Room comfort and space, lounge breakfast,proximity & walkability while on a quiet street, helpful staff.
