ベンディゴロドンでのラグジュアリー旅行

設備の老朽化か古めかしくなっているが、たいしたもんだいではない。それを上回る、地の利や周辺の店の多さ、交通の便利さは、ほかにないメリット。価格も手頃で4泊したが、快適だった。バスタブがあるのもよかった。

部屋は広くて快適なのだが、トイレの水の流れが悪いことと、何と言っても洗面ボールが小さすぎて顔を洗うなんてかなり無理っ！なサイズ。

サザンクロス駅から近いのでスカイバス発着所はすぐだし、トラムも利用しやすい。中心部なので買い物しやすいし治安も問題なしです。 ホテル設備もおおむね満足。 難点を挙げるなら防音はあんまり。通り沿いの部屋だったのでトラムの音や外で話してる人の声、あと廊下や上の階の人の音が結構響いてきたので神経質な方は厳しいかも？ 私は何だかんだ寝れました。

This was the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed in. If you understand that this is an extended stay facility with no room cleaning, etc., you will always be satisfied.

景色もホテルも綺麗で満喫できました！ 普通のホテルと違うので、どこまで片付けていけば良いのか？やりっぱなしで良いのか？分からなくてキッチン周りを片付けてチェックアウトしましたが、そこの詳細をわかりやすくして頂けると助かります。

スタッフもフレンドリー何よりも自炊もでき道具も貸してくれるのでよかった

I had a fantastic stay at QT Melbourne! The front desk staff were cheerful and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room service was equally impressive—delivered quickly, with staff who were both friendly and professional. The food itself was not only fast but absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, yet so tasty that I couldn’t resist finishing everything. The hotel’s design is another highlight. It’s infused with modern art throughout, with playful touches and creative details that made exploring the space enjoyable. Every corner seemed to have something unique to discover. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

I came to Melbourne for my birthday trip. Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone.

8時に到着して、荷物を預けた。空き部屋がなかったのでチェックイン出来なくて、午後のチェックインの際は高層階の部屋にしてほしい旨伝えてその場を後にした。 チェックインの時、与えられた部屋は2階だった。フロントスタッフが別の人間になっており、私のリクエストは引き継がれていなかった。 レベルが低く、腹が立った。 もう利用しない。

I strongly recommend you to stay here!!Compared to Japanese hotels which I always stays, this hotel is much more clean and fun.100 dollars is deposit at first but if you didn’t use imposed option,you can receive all of it at the last day.
