「The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the toilet seat was loose (almost detached), the floor loose and sticky/dirty and the TV had no signal (couldn't watch free to air, was only able to log in to Netflix using my personal account). Otherwise it had adequate amenities and good temperature control」

「The front door lock was held on by 1 of 3 screws, the 3 steps into the house were wet and slippery from the rain, and there was no handrail. This is a real hazard for elderly people. The back living area/kitchen has no blinds on the window or 2 very high back doors. This is like being in a fishbowl with the lights on at night, as the small back yard is overlooked by neighbours.」
