Room was clean and staff were nice

Informal, relaxed atmosphere - enjoyed the our meal at your new linked restaurant, Shadow.

It was only ok! Not enough staff at reception when checking in & out. No complimentary water. The coffee at buffet breakfast should be included in the cost of the breakfast

Clean, comfy unit. I was also thrilled with the laundry facilities in my bathroom.

Hotel was great and service was great. One annoying thing was house keeping didn’t get to our room each day until 3-4pm often when we returned the room was being serviced or not done yet. Odd to be so late in the day, maybe they are understaffed? Comfortable and modern room and bed.

Clean rooms, the location is well placed and it is quiet. Service is excellent.

Room layout was great but the place could do with a bit of a face-lift. It felt tired and a bit grubby. Reliable WiFi and great to have a washing machine. Only saw the staff at checkin and checkout and they were very courteous. It would have been useful in the pre-checkin instructions to know how to get to reception, we were wandering around with holiday baggage for some time trying to find the way in. Great location for Perth CBD, Elizabeth Quay and transport.
