8.8/10 Excellent! (1,601 reviews)
The property is right on the ocean and we loved that! We did have an issue with our AC but the manager immediately sent someone and even though they weren't able to resolve the issue, they offered us a new room and even offered an upgrade. It was handled well.

The staff was friendly and accommodating & hotel driver was a huge convenience in getting around West Palm. The rooftop pool felt like something straight out of the South of France, and the spa was a relaxing treat. Dinner at Pastis was a highlight, must try the Stone Crabs, Lobster Frites, and Filet Mignon.
A special thank you to Kara and Louis at the front desk. They surprised us with a bottle of wine & cake for a birthday stay. Will be back!
