Whitney was truly amazing when we arrived! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional. She made our check-in process completely flawless and effortless from start to finish. She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable right away. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience, but Whitney definitely did that for us. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a great first impression and really set the tone for our stay. We truly appreciate everything she did and we will definitely be back to the Barnett! Whitney is definitely an asset to the team!
