This “Grand” hotel doesn’t seem very grand; bath-tub chipped, bathroom smaller than a closet, even the bath rug was too big for the space. No room for toiletries. The room itself was super small. We first got a room on the 3rd floor street side but we had to change because of all the noise. We ended up on 5th floor backside with s view of a roof and ac equipment. Not what we expected from this hotel at this price point.

Great staff, and the BED!!!!! SOOOOOO. comfortable- may have t get one!!!! Beautiful view of the Hollywood sign and pool area cool. Our breakfast was great and especially our server! We went to the Greek Theater and it was an easy uber. Expensive parking especially if oversized like our Tahoe (90$ /night) but guess that's LA. No coffee maker in room but you can get a Keurig delivered at no charge.

There were roaches in the room. They put me in on the first floor in the room closest to the entrance of the hotel that was terrible all the TV channels were in Filipino or Cambodian language.
