Northwest Seattle Luxury Vacations

Our room was fabulous! Beautiful hotel. Oliver’s was a disappointment. Dinner service was very slow. Food was just ok. We gave them another chance at breakfast. Food was great but service was terrible. Very slow. No requested coffee refills and our waitress seemed to disappear. Had to request our bill from another staffer. So the accommodations were excellent but I would skip Oliver’s next time, which is sad because I like having an onsite restaurant after a long day of travel. Very disappointed.

The staff was wonderful! They were so helpful suggesting and getting us a shuttle to the cruise port and printing off new luggage tags for us when we discovered we had the wrong ones. The hotel location was perfect for exploring Pike Place Market, We would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to return to Seattle.

Breakfast was weak and overpriced, 2 separate mini-buffets that you have to pay for separately. Food wasnt even good/worth the money either. We ate at the restaurant once and skipped it for the rest of our stay. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice. The room had a clogged sink and average room amenities/bedding/etc. The lobby and bar were great and the architecture of the hotel was nice. Staff were kind and helpful.

This hotel is unique in the fact that they have made transportation a non-issue. They have free valet parking which saves about $75 a night. They provide complimentary rental Lexus vehicles which is unheard of in my world. They also provide a complimentary town car to take you anywhere downtown. Rooms were quirky, yet pleasant. When I'm traveling to Seattle for business in the city, I'm staying here.
