The property itself was fairly safe and clean, which was a positive. However, my biggest concerns were the lackluster attitude of some of the staff and the overall level of customer service. Additionally, having to pay $30 per night to park on the property was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, outrageous. For the price of the stay, I would expect parking to either be included or offered at a much more reasonable rate. Overall, the property has potential, but the staff’s attitude and excessive parking fee significantly took away from the experience.
