First time in NY and for my birthday. The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful. The view from my room was everting that I wished for, everything was close by, transport via the subway also. Great location. Would definitely come back again.

Great hotel, convenient to all we wanted to do in NY and clean and modern. Would come back. We had a 45th floor room with a skyline view. However it faced 47th, not 7th. If you want a true super experience you will need 7th Avenue view. But still great. Valet staff professional and competent.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help out with elevators when your hands are full.

Great hotel, great location

We had an unfortunate start to the stay. The staff told me to go in and they will bring the luggage in. They forgot a laptop bag in the car. The whole holiday was wasted chasing that laptop.

We had booked a deluxe room in the hotel and overall it was very nice. What I liked the best about it is that it is in the heart of Times Square so everything is a bit more accessible by walking distance (Central Park, the different buildings, ...). We didn't have time to take advantage of all the services that they had to offer so when they charged a mandatory $40 USD fee + tax for every day we stayed I thought it was quite unfair. In terms of the actual cleanliness of the room, it was alright. I liked the bathroom since it was spacious and had a big mirror. Overall, I recommend staying at this hotel as long as you are also able to make use of the daily fee.

Pros: Our room was cleaned really well every day. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food in the cafe downstairs was delicious and reasonably priced. It felt safe. Noise was fine for us because we had a sound machine. The bed was comfortable. The location is excellent. Cons: shower water pressure was so extremely weak. I am not sure what the daily resort fee was for. I wish it had covered replenishing water bottles- we received two on the first day but not daily. We brought chick fila into the lobby cafe area and they told us to move outside to the patio.

Awesome place to stay in at Brooklyn

Very clean, staff friendly, excellent location, ocean view, and boardwalk.

The hotel itself is adequate. It has large sized rooms with very comfortable beds, a lovely back terrace where you can sit and enjoy the outside, light snacks (for sale) and AC for those hot NY days. My only watch out for traveller's is it's not a highly walkable neighborhood. Stores close for the Sabbath on weekends and there are only two restaurants and one corner store within walking distance of the hotel.
