Housekeeping clean the room just one time.

Stayed here Aug 17-22 at the octavius tower room 6357. Room is very spacious with 1 king bed and a sofa with round dining table. Bathroom is huge with jetted bath tub, 2 sinks, water pressure is enough. Only downside they have no fridge for my drinks/food, you have to request for a fee. I didn’t do that. The fridge in the room are stocked with beverages for a price, Just be careful not to touch or moved items around, you’ll get charged automatically including items on the table, it is weight based. The area is quiet with the view of the pool. I didn’t try to dip on that pool, just too many people. It’s not close to the lobby but close to the bacchanal buffet area. Housekeeping is everyday, changed my towels and fix my bed everyday too. I will recommend this hotel.

Best customer service ever.

We loved our room and the property was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. The only couple negatives were the elevators were broken and painfully slow the entire stay. (Not what we expect from a higher end hotel) also we were accidentally checked out of our room (Rm 5225) a day early and had house keeping trying to kick us out. And our key cards stopped working.

Checked in with hair on the floor and in bed. Couldn't get a hold of anybody to get housekeeping

The location is perfect. You have three Starbucks locations to choose from, all are almost all equally distanced from eachother, a CVS next door, and a ‘Whataburger’ infront of the bldg. Outside of the obvious, yes, the hotel is for those who appreciate luxury. Great property.
