It is without question an amazing Japanese hotel with Japanese staff!!!!! Amazing!!!

The staff is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. The hotel is big and beautiful, but it is built for a business traveler. I was on vacation with my daughters and friends.

Beautiful garden. You can spend half a day in the resort itself

Loved the location. Right above the metro, and walking distance to Don Quijote and lots of restaurants. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Big plus for the separate shower and washroom. Note that the washroom ventilation could be better as smells lingered after use.

Top notch service and hotel. Would stay here again

Everything is great except TV. There is lack of sport or news channels in English

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

We rebooked and got a non-smoking room which we were very pleased about. It was a very good sized room compared to the first hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku. It is centrally located. Restaurants are everywhere while 7-eleven, other markets and shops are so close, not to mention the Ginza station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked great. We truly enjoyed this hotel and all that it offered. The elevators could use some remodeling and cleaning, but it was the only insignificant thing we noticed. We will definitely consider returning.
