Ganaraska Forest Luxury Vacations

The room was very cold even when we tried to turn up the thermostat. Also, there were 3 Cheetos on the floor between the bed an the wall. We did not have Cheetos so they were there from a previous occupant. We were there 2 nights and the room was cleaned but the Xhertors were still there. There was no shampoo just 2 shower gel. And the ice machine on our floor was broken.

The staff were always welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. Bathrooms are decently spacious as well. Solid 9/10 would stay again.

Everything in the room worked except for the hot water. I didn’t have hot water after 10pm.

Everything was extremely well done , all staff are friendly and helpful. One restaurant was great for drinks and breakfast.

At the Windsor Arms Hotel one might expect Agatha Christie to step out of one of the rooms! This hotel is right out of a page from the Great Gatsby for sure! Our 4th floor junior suite was comfy cozy,clean and very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep from the very loud gathering held in the ballroom on 1 st floor when we returned to our room from a fantastic Lebanese restaurant recommended to us by one of the very friendly and knowledgeable front desk people. Breakfast in the breakfast room was good with great service . Concierge and valet people all very attentive. We were last at this fine old hotel in 1989!It was lovely to see that although it has been renovated not much has changed in its character and that is a good thing!
