It was just perfect! The room, the hotel, the location! Clean and amazing staff! They took us from the Zhuhai station to the hotel and from the hotel to the border! Just contact the hotel in advance.

Hotel was clean, got moved to one of there ynits quite 3ways feom main hotel due to construction. Hotel location is far from anything. So you are stuck eating there. Water temp qas luke warm. So no Hot shower. Maid service was subpar. Room wasnt cleaned several times had to call and complain to the point the desk help acted annoyed. When room service did come to clean they again dud a subpar clean, had to call back for water, and tea. Had problem with alot of mosquitoes so could open the door for fresh air. We ended up checking out a day early even though we had paid for that extra night. No offwr to refund even though we told them we were leaving due to the terrible service. Buffet food was good but dont expect food to be hot. Just luke warm. Had to ask for coffee machin to be turned on. Setting up for breakfast was slow. You would expect a business to be up and running whem they open. But this wasnt the case. We went to 4 points Sheraton in Hong Kong. Much better hotel.

We reserved 3 rooms with city view. My room could see the Gongbei crossing where a constant stream of people cross into and out of Macau like ants. The location of the hotel is really fantastic. Walking distance to the Gongbei crossing and the Zhuhai Rail Station for high speed trains. We didn’t walk to the rail station, we took a DiDi (5 mins). There’s a huge underground mall under the Gongbei crossing and the rail station, they are connected. In there, you can find endless shops, restaurants, food stalls. We found ourselves stopping there near everyday. The breakfast was incredible, we paid $100RMB per person and had breakfast at the hotel twice. You can have endless mimosas and a great selection of Chinese options and western options. Complete with an ocean view. We went at 7am, so caught the sunrise over the ocean as well. Char Bar is a fancy restaurant with great atmosphere and very nice bar, also ocean view with the nighttime being especially pretty. We also ate at Nova, the Cantonese restaurant with dim sum. Service at the hotel is amongst the best. Doormen always available to help you in and out or cars, rooms were always made up superbly, plates cleared constantly, you couldn’t help but feel the care they take to make sure each quest is pampered. The rooms are huge, I love the separate toilet room off to one side and then the shower, tub and double sinks in another room. Really helpful for sharing a room with other people. The tub is over sized with bath salts.

We enjoyed our stay in the seaview room. Beautiful and new hotel! Automated sheets and curtains. Would stay again! Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee machine not always dependable. Some warm foods were stale and cold and felt like leftovers. Pleasant otherwise
