Great aparthotel in good location close to nice restaurants, shops and bars. Room really spacious, massage best I have ever had anywhere in the world. Staff really attentive and super helpful in reception and restaurant. Only disappointed with pool being closed for re-grouting and was not made aware of this until we arrived. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Vietnam.

Clean, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Beach has nice white sand. Pools were very well maintained. The spa experience was amazing listening to the waves crash while getting a massage.

Front staffs and room services are outstanding. I ended my business with a sorrow because I miss this hotel. This establishment holds a lot of good memories whenever I am in Viet Nam for my business trips. I highly recommend this hotel because it’s location is convenient to nearby restaurants and shops. The entire hotel is clean with great amenities that can be appreciated after a long day of work or inbound flight.

Great staff, excellent breakfast, a lot of historic charm but slightly dated compared to other 5 star hotels. Would stay there again.

Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Included breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is historic and shows its age in some ways, but is clean and pleasant and charming. The massage I had at the spa was a delight and very reasonably priced the pool area is very pleasant and has room for choice between sunny and shaded areas. The garden view was pleasant but I'm sure it was better before Hue Times Square was built. Very convenient location, easy enough to walk if you arrive by train. The Perfume River is mere meters away. Truly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at.
