Insufficient communication about where you have to park outside the premises to be able to check in.

Great snack bar. We left too early to airport to enjoy breakfast spread. Great check in service and nice room with kitchenette :)

I stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse, which sleeps 6. In the kitchen there was 2 teaspoons, 2 mugs, 5 plates ie it is not appropriately stocked. The teabags had not been replenished, the tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms had sound only, no picture. The lounge had dirty marks on it. Shower caps not supplied in bathrooms, even the most basic hotels provide disposable shower caps. The carpet outside our room had clearly not been vacuumed before our arrival or during the 2 night stay. I found it to be disappointing. I travel a lot so I know what to expect at the price point.

This is an elegant old hotel, well maintained, right across from Parliament House. Which is both good and bad. There were demonstrations all day the first day we arrived, so it was pretty noisy in the afternoon. There are lots of restaurants in the area, and the staff are friendly and efficient.
