Front desk staff was friendly & very helpful in answering questions. She was a welcoming face to the hotel. Housekeeping was amazing as well. Restaurant staff (when you could find them) did an acceptable job.

Good location on a hill station ,pools and spa service was great ,room service good and breakfast was nice.
Only thing they lack is communication and language barrier where you can not communicate what do you want
