Great hotel for families and the staff are brilliant worth going to and booking

We had a 12 hour layover here and had to book two rooms for the night as they didn’t provide day rooms. The service was great and without asking we were given a late checkout to align with our flight departure time. That was a nice touch. The pool areas are not pool areas as we would know it. Very disappointing as they were more like water display areas. I can only describe them as crummy and underwhelming. The place was dated and not at all worthy of holding the name of a Ritz Carlton Would not go back until investment is made in updating and upgrading the facilities.

A truly excellent hotel with, without doubt, some of the best hotel staff I have encountered on any holiday. Every member of the team consistently goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Many of the staff have worked at the hotel for years and speak highly of how well they are treated by management, which is clearly reflected in their genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and dedication to their guests. Their exceptional hospitality sets this resort apart, and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at the IHG Beach Resort.
