Zona Oeste Kid friendly Vacations

This property on my staying workers working on the elevator, and the elevators need maintenance.

It is a ok hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel, there was broken items in the rooms, room service did not speak any English to take any order which is very disorganised coming from a apparent 4 star hotel, the room safe was broken, receptionist said that they would send someone to fix it, but no one came throughout my entire stay to fix it..

Large room with amazing ocean view! Breakfast buffet is excellent and has an omelette bar. Prices are reasonable at pool and lobby bars.

I had a great overall stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was that the breakfast options were almost the same every day, which can get repetitive if you’re staying for a longer period like I did. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. The location is also a big plus, with a short and easy distance to the beach. The only real disappointment was that the gym and sauna were not working during my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a few minor areas for improvement.
