Rooms need a microwave.

I stayed at Proper Hotwl last night and couldn’t be happier. The hotel is very stylish, artistic, and spotless. I really liked the Aesop brand amenities, the shampoo, creams, and hand wash were a nice touch. The rooftop bar Charmaine’s is one of my favorite spots in San Francisco, with great vibes and charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall, it was a fun and pleasant stay.

Yes and Irene at the front desk was most helpful. The doorman was also extremely helpful, can't remember hsi name just the accent, maybe Scottish.

Breakfast was excellent, our server each day, Martin, was the best. Overall great location and hotel to stay with a child.

Quirky decor, friendly staff, central air conditioning, quiet rooms, cute bathroom with walk-in shower, comfy bed, really nice gym. One of the best hotels in SF! Only thing missing from the room was a microwave, but the front staff reheated food for me.

Beautiful Corner room with unbelievable views of city. Check in was easy and gracious.

I would remove the wood piece in the shower, it had mold on it and I have a mold allergy.

Dated facility. Elevators not working due to renovations w no warning from property when I booked. Front desk not very nice.
