Staff were all very nice, breakfast was very good, we didnt request makeup for room but hotel left a bag of fresh towels, coffee capsules outside door. Very pleasantly surprised. View and room was great, overall very satisfied.

I’ve stayed in the hot for 3 days, the most annoying thing I found is the room i booked needs transportation to get from main building, maybe it’s excellent if you have a car, just not for us. And the facilities in room takes time to understand, like the projector and the screen, they don’t have English option. And I tried to use the outdoor tub, I can’t find the turn on switch. The tooth brush and paste are not free to use. The breakfast is not included, it costs about 60 canadian dollars per person. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it’s your first time in Jeju. it takes 13-15 canadian dollars from downtown/airport to this hotel and not many taxis in christmas time.

The check in person was very courteous. Everything was well explained including breakfast buffet. Upon initial inspection of the room we found couple of women's hair inside the bed. I called the front desk and they apologized several times. They replaced the entire bed linings. Other than this incident everything was awesome. I can't emphasize enough how everyone working at the hotel were courteous and friendly.
The facility is also beautiful. Nice landscape and awesome pool. I highly recommend this true five star hotel.
