They close the water slides from 12:30pm till 3pm which kills the day. The weather is very hot and kids would benefit from water slides during that important time frame. Merci

Our stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Marrakech Eden Andalou in August 2026 was far more stressful than expected. The biggest issue was a missing suitcase from our airport transfer. We loaded all bags, yet one never reached our room. The driver and transfer company confirmed it wasn’t left in the taxi. We even returned to the airport to check with our airline, customs and police, who raised eyebrows at the lack of hotel support. We repeatedly asked to view the unloading footage, but this was strongly refused. Eventually we were shown a single screenshot of the luggage trolley with the bags that reached our room, which felt like deliberate withholding. When I made a formal request to view the footage, the replies became cold, defensive and focused on liability, even though I never mentioned compensation. Our children’s swimwear also went missing from the communal area twice, with no cameras or disclaimers. The response we received made us feel doubted, despite another guest also reporting missing items that week. Minor issues added up: no shower gels, no face towels, no bathroom bin, remote batteries needing replacement, and the A/C not working for the first few nights. On the positive side, restaurant staff were excellent and the chefs and porters Zakiriya and Ahmed were great. Senior staff like Sofian, Omaima and Muhamed were kind and helpful, and Sofian waived our late check‑out fee. However, inconsistent service and the handling of key issues overshadowed our stay.

Nice & quiet hotel. Service was good. It’s far from the main tourist spots. They do have a shuttle service if you do want to go into town. Breakfast was good, Would have expected more selection… overall nice clean and a very quiet hotel to come and relax!

Very old hotel. Old toilets. Shower barely worked. 30 year old carpet in the room. I don’t what they are waiting for to fix those things. Toilet smelled like urine. We asked several times to fix it but no one responds. You should be ashamed to call this hotel Es Saadi.
