The rooms are outdated, with worn décor and an uncomfortable mattress that appeared well past its useful life. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room, and the air conditioning ventilation was leaking, which further affected the overall comfort of my stay.

Excellent service including the breakfast buffet, clean rooms, close to the metro if you need to get anywhere, restaurants and shops galore. The pool and Sauna were nice, Medium size facilities.Overall a really lovely place to stay.

Pool was very nice. But it is not good that one of the most expensive hotels in turkey has no new smart tv for streaming basic apps like youtube. Their TV system is too basic!
The internet was also not good enough.
And they had a day of early closure for pool plus a day of maintenance of systems that you could not benefit properly the room services! If I pay that much of money! I want to be able to use what I paid for! You cannot put a note on desk that today the pool is closed for a party, or fridge is locked for a day for system update!
Overally, it is a very nice hotel but not in good hands and a proper management!
