Rocky Mountains Kid friendly Vacations

Stayed at this property many times in the past and really enjoyed it, this time not so much, becoming run down, showing age and show the fact that most of property units are now Air BNBs. Now maid service for clean towels and you take out your own garbage, not used to that when paying for a hotel!! No one at front desk all day to ask question if need anything. So if want the hotel experience this property is no longer it.

We absolutely loved this spot. It was very clean and just a perfect place to stay. The rooftop hot pools were just what we needed. It is conveniently located on the main strip.

We loved this property! Check in to check out, we couldn’t be happier with the facility, staff and cleanliness. The pool was warm (swimming in mid April), the hot tub was amazing and the views a must…we never wanted to leave. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows also great. We will be back in the fall that’s how much we loved it. Also walking distance for breakfast, coffee and many amazing sights. Also while there go to: Fergies bakery..oh my lord! Get a cronut, trust me! Redrock pizza (drool) so amazing! The table for breakfast (quick walk for great food) Rocky Mountain bagel co. Pistachio scone (I wanted to buy 10 for the flight home) Iron goat, food and views are 10/10 I can’t wait to come back. I will say the only down side for us was the shower products weren’t what we would be based on the facility. They were okay for the guys but the woman I suggest bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Thanks for the amazing experience!

It is older needs some up keep needed….staff was fine. The restaurant breakfast was horrible the kitchen staff was really bad the chef took no pride in how he served his food the plate was hotter then the food. The food was appearing like someone’s leftovers and reheated up several times not the kind of food you would get at higher class restaurant. The presentation was like what you may put in a dog dish and the said part when talking with the chef he did not care but did say he never liked the way it was brought out and did not look very appetizing. I asked why serve it then and all he said was I am sorry l will look in to it. Makes you wonder hey

All was great from friendly helpful staff, clean, good breakfast, easy parking.

The essentials were super clean but grease cobwebs etc on the walls and ceiling, pool falling apart and it's easy to scratch yourself on the seats. Great customer service though which makes a difference.
