Great Lakes Kid friendly Vacations

Everything was good except for not having access to the outdoor space. When we were booking the hotel the outdoor area was one of the reasons the pulled us to stay there. It was not stated that it was unavailable for the season. The pool being closed i get it, but the rest that was featured in the photos was also off limits, the outdoor tents and the grass area.

My kids loved the pool. The staff were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour. They made our room spotless and comfortable. We love our stay!

I had a 6th floor corner suite with great amenities--2 TVs, nice sofa, table, chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The bed was in the corner part with nice windows. Everything was clean and in good working order. However, I was there on a weekend coinciding with spring break and the place was like a carnival with hundreds of families with lots and lots of kids. Two of the elevators were not working so I was lucky I could take the stairs from the 6th floor to the 5th (lobby level and atrium/food/drink area) and could then take a different elevator down to the street level. The place seemed a bit chaotic at peak (breakfast/happy hour) times. Staff were fine. Breakfast on weekends only starts at 7:30 and I was attending a conference whose sessions started at 8 so that was not ideal. But my main complaint was that the sound of elevators going up and down near my room (or under my room possibly from parking/ground level to 5th floor) was constant. Apart from that, the location is excellent, right across from Whole Foods and close to everything. The price and amenities were great but it was far noisier than I'd expected.

Very old and dated hotel for the price. Great location and close to everything downtown but the 30 year old carpet and bachelor size bathrooms need serious upgrading.

Had a fantastic stay at Great Wolf Lodge – the water park, activities, and friendly staff made it a memorable getaway for the whole family.

Increíble hotel súper friendly staff!

Friendly and welcoming staff. They even offered us a REALLY early check in as we arrived early morning from our flight. Very comfortable, sound proof that you can really rest and sleep well. Plus it is at the center of everything so it very accessible and convenient.
