Gulf Coast Kid friendly Vacations

My first time in Florida for a conference and this hotel did not disappoint! We stayed a whole week. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is awesome. Amenities are always available. Customer service is excellent. Lake gives you a nice place to stroll around - hopefully make it open for fishing? Maybe add more games by the pool area. Sound proof the rooms sometimes it can get noisy late nights with weird pipe or AC sounds. Otherwise just keep it clean and well maintained, thank you Sheraton for a very wonderful stay!

It was very crowded, noisy & not very clean when we stayed. The location was very convenient for us.

Decent property, with well appointed rooms. Somewhat pushy time-share salesman in reception, which felt horribly out of place. Shower in the bathroom was either stone cold or boiling hot and would literally be a danger to small children. A good resort that could be great with some minor tweaks.
