The South Kid friendly Vacations

Beautiful place to stay but watch out for the hidden fees. I wasn’t aware I needed to pay for “amenities” that no one even used. $213 to be exact. If you’re staying at a resort it shouldn’t be a surprise when you get there that you have to pay for things you don’t even use. Online also only states that the only thing not included is $7 a day to park. So just be aware of the shadiness with this! Also, after you check in, they will make you turn around to talk to JEANETTE. STAY AWAY. It’s a scam to get you into buying a timeshare. They don’t tell you that they charge your card on file. Done in a sneaky shady way!! Once you check in just go to your room and do not turn around to talk to her! Other than these 2 things the place was beautiful and well kept. Spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay!

Got charged $200 and change for an 8 day stay for resort fees. No housekeeping in 8 days, bar closed all day every day, 2 food outlets closed by 3pm along with Starbucks so no resort facilities

Really did not get a lot for your money. We booked here for a week. Buffet breakfast was $27 a person and you can’t get your own drinks and it’s an EXTRA charge if you want soda lol. 18% added on plus a 4% fee on top of final bill. I get we are on vacation but I just couldn’t justify that…So instead we all went out to a terrific breakfast each morning (KeKe’s, highly recommend!) for a fraction of the price, delicious food and endless drinks lol! You pay for nightly parking. You still pay a daily resort fee. No complimentary coffee in the lobby…ever. Needless to say, the positives of this hotel (such as the pool and shuttle buses) are common with all the hotels however other places offer more to make a family stay more enjoyable and reasonable. We will choose a different location in the future because of these reasons.
