Good location for attending events in the area

The rooms and hotel in general were clean We did not use any of the amenities or bar that was in the facility. It is very close to the subway around the corner which I felt was convenient. Close to little shops the theaters. The room was a decent size, we had a good view of the city life. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was housekeeping came made our beds and brought towels. Which we were thankful for, but took the toilet paper off the roll and didnt not replace it. I called down to get more, 30 minutes later my husband went down and was told they were aware. It took an hr to get toilet paper, doesnt sound like a big deal but we had to go down to the 2nd floor to use the main restroom because of this. Something simple but should not have taken an hr to get. Otherwise I had no issues and would recommend this hotel

Every single person of the staff was professional kind and truly helpful Ralphie the Front Door ma’am was the best I will be going back many many times to come in the future.

Nice room for the three of us, two queen beds, clean and comfortable, good restaurant and good scene at rooftop bar, helpful staff, good Location walking distance to everything in midtown, Times Swusre, Grand central, etc. only negative is room rates are high.

Location - Times Square 1 minute- Excellent. Room was not big but clean and room service everyday. Price is decent as compare to other hotels. Breakfast choice is same every day so you may be bore. Hotel staff nice and polite.
