Excellent, authentic NY Hotel. Not part of the big chain hotels. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Great restaurants. Don’t get too excited about the free grab and go breakfast. I mean, it’s ok for free. But don’t make that a part of your decision.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my daughter and our dog. The staff was consistently, friendly and helpful. Every space I entered, was clean and pleasant.

Pros: Nice hotel and the room was sizable for NY which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Cons: gnat like flies, mostly in the bathroom but a few in the room area. No killing them off, because more just show up. The hotel says they are working on the problem. Hopefully will be fixed soon

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was immaculate,roomy,modern and lovely.

I have stayed at the Kimberly several times and always enjoy myself. The rooms are like little apartments and the location is perfect. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. Good food in the rooftop restaurant and even better views.

The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. Loved the view from our room!

The cafe had great coffee and food. The building was nice and clean. The beds were very comfy. There is a lack of outlets to plug items into. Having a real night stand between the beds would have been nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again.
