I stayed at the hotel for 1 week for business and small time for leisure. In this time I wanted to use the pool and was unable as the pool was working however it was under repair was water heater wasn't working so water was super cold. Their two restaurants only one is really open the other is limited time open only and closes at 4pm which you can't even enjoy for dinner. The room and hotel over all was maintain clean, however room AC kept turning off don't know why, there was a major leak in the room above and seems overnight we had some water come through as when I got up shower looked like it had been used, it was informed to them. The most troublesome action was a card was left for consumption to charge to the room and at check out was asked to fill out a form with full CC information, the hotel charge was done for the consumption and right after that I had my card was used in various locations. This card was used only here and just for this purpose while on my trip so i don't understand how this happened, yet no proof.... All i say is be careful and be aware of where to fill out forms with CC information.
