The staff was lovely at check-in, but that's about all I can say about our experience at Grandview. The facilities were adequate, the room and hallway to the room weren't clean to our liking, the room was right near the elevator so it could be heard all through the night going up and down, and the room didn't have bedding on the couch and it took forever for housecleaning to get them to us.

I reserved 2 rooms. Check in Process took some time. We were given the wrong key and had to walk back-and-forth between tower five interception twice. On her first day, we went to the lazy river and there were no tubes available. The lifeguard was able to trim up a couple for us the second day when we went to the lazy River again no tubes. I also the lifeguard station again, even though there were five guys there none of them wanted to walk around and look for tubes for us finally, one of them, who obviously was not happy about it went to look for some tubes for us they finally came back with some tubes, threw them on the ground and just walked away, walked to the lifeguard station said something to the other guy and then he walked off and left I did have a broken cabinet in the kitchen maintenance did call the day after I reported it. I told them I did not need to fix. Just wanted them to be aware so it could be fixed before the next person arrived. We went to Diddy‘s to eat, but the smell of sewage was so strong that we left front desk employees although a confusion with our keys were very polite and plays working at the laser over however, only the first day I came across the young girl that was working in there who is very polite the second day who was all guys they seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping anyone. Rooms and the grounds were very clean.

This is the only place we stay when we travel to Las Vegas. The breakfast is always good, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. We adore Kyle, and live seeing him when we're there!
