Not the first time I’ve tried to check in late to not have a room ready. We arrived at 8:30pm and our suite was still occupied. They did accommodate with a free night stay which was very appreciated. But my review of the suite itself is 3. Only one sink and very small bath. Open door while hubby on toilet and bruises his knees. Only one outlet plug in the bathroom. Like not even a double plug. Literally only one outlet.
The ironing board was broken and when we left a note we found it neatly back in our closet. Ha ha. There was a bar with bar stools in our suite but no plugs there for the coffee maker so we had to carry to the desk to use. And no real coffee cups just paper. Just an odd design plan….like no thought went into function. Avoid room 2850
