Great hotel

Good for long term living convenient

Our room was absolutely filthy. Stained bedding. Stained sink and tub (easily wiped off in some spots, so it was just dirt!). The drain in the tub was backing up and spitting out gunk. We got to our room late and had to leave early so we just lived with it. Then we spent the night constantly being woken up because they put our room right next to the elevator. If the hotel had been full, we’d understand the placement. But it wasn’t. Just poor planning on their part. Now with all of that being said, why would I give a 4 star review? Because when we went to check out, we informed the manager at the front and he was incredibly apologetic and assured us he’d take of it. And because our stay was over and he couldn’t make it right by changing the room, he gave us a discount. Sure it doesn’t make up for the gross room entirely, but we appreciate the effort to have happy customers.
