North Thailand Kid friendly Vacations

During my stay, the bedroom had a damp and musty smell coming from the curtains, pillows, and blanket. I’m not sure if these items are changed for every new guest. The hotel was also renovating its coffee shop during my stay, which caused some noise that affected the rest. The facilities were quite limited, and parking space might not be enough during long weekends. There was only one staff member on the night shift who seemed to handle many tasks alone. It would be great if the hotel could improve ventilation and reduce humidity in the rooms, as the musty smell from the bedding and curtains was quite noticeable.

The room was clean, exotic, luxury. The breakfast was also delicious and served with love and style .

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, centrally located, great staff and amazing breakfast. So glad we chose to stay here during our trip to Chiang Mai.

Everything was outstanding. The staff were super helpful and kind. The breakfast had plenty of options. Most of all, both concierge Yuhan and Noon were incredibly informative and gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Thank you, thank you!

I don’t know where to start. We cannot say enough about our stay at 137 Pillars. The property is stunning go begin with, but it really comes down to the staff. Toto, our butler, was so thoughtful and attentive to anything we needed, but indeed the whole staff is imbued with the spirit of hospitality. It’s truly a special place we didn’t want to leave!
