Property is in a great location and beautiful views. Villa was roomy and nice.
Most of the food/drink places didn’t open till after 11:30 AM, which is late for Hawaii. Especially on the hot beach.
They don’t keep the pools clean. A resort this nice and price tier should clean the pools better, and keep clean throughout day. Beach chairs and umbrellas could use updating. There was sharp flaking paint and rust on the lounge chairs. Usually properties similar to this like the Waldorf or Four Seasons have staff that keep the property and beach cleaner. I think it’s more comparable to a Hyatt, not as nice as the Omni resorts or above.
