I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the staff — everyone was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their service and attitude were definitely the highlight of my experience. However, I was disappointed with the room maintenance. The toilet was not functioning properly, and the phone in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to contact the front desk. These issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. With a few fixes, this place could easily become an excellent choice

Such an amazing place to stay. The condo hotel was huge with a full kitchen 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room and private bedroom. Washer and Dryer as well. Comfortable bed and place to stay. Clean and had more than what we needed. The walk to the nearby casinos is through a covered connector which was really nice. We loved our stay here and thought it was amazing. When we checked in at Vdara they let us know that even though it was owner owned they there for anything we needed. Valet parking was included for free which was a huge bonus. We don't normally need daily cleaning so that was not an issue for us at all. We loved our stay. It exceeded our expectations and was wonderful! I hope to book another stay here. Fantastic location and stay all around!!!!

The drinks at the pool were very weak. I paid a lot of money for Margaritas and all I could taste was the sweet and sour. If I were to stay at Fountainblu

Every staff member was polite and helpful. Love the vending machine on the 6th floor, save me from walking down to buy waters!

Paying for early check-in was not cost-effective. There wasn't enough staff to check in those that paid for this service. Silly fee in retrospect. The property should consider reducing the fee OR ENSURE enough staff can accommodate the volume of paid guests.

Great location and great place to stay. Loved the fun retro theme. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast.
