Location location location, I am not a local , I visit new yor k all th time I live in Connecticut. A nice staycation place , close to all nice restaurants, shops and night life too. Local foods a, spirits and vintage stores near by. Great boutique hotel

Pros:
-location
-size of suite
-air conditioning was great during unexpected April heat wave
Cons:
-elevator does not go to each set of rooms, some are only accessible by stairs (and staff did not offer to help with luggage even though we arrived after 9pm with 2 sleeping kids)
-laundry room was out of service
-rooftop is not accessible for guests, only private events
-water pressure in the shower wasn’t great
