The rooms are very comfortable, but the carpets don’t feel clean. There is only 1 USB charging port. Lights are very dim with no option to increase even in the bathrooms.
Elevators are broken only 2 elevators worked out of 4 with a tiny elevator lobby and a fully booked hotel.
Otherwise the amenities are wonderful and the staff is superb.

This is our go to hotel when visiting NYC. The subway station is right outside the entrance and the WTC is one stop away. Theres a nice little grocery right next door and staying here we slways ferl welcome.

Rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was close to everything we needed to do. Staff was friendly and nice, prompt attention to any questions and concerns. Breakfast could use more options. Overall experience was great, will stay again.
