AC in room did not work properly. Gave up asking for it to be rectified.
Breakfast has very basic western food availability, although it states it does.
Overall its a good basic hotel besr the port.

The staff are super lovely. Unfortunately the dinning room in the evening is somewhat overcrowded. Other than that I can’t complain. 5**** for staff service!

Awesome hotel with a professional staff. Hotel was very clean and accommodating. They had complimentary drinks with easy check in and out process. Parking was included.
My favorite part of the day was leaving and coming back to the hotel and being greeted by professional staff at the parking location.

The room and bathroom were excellent. I never mentioned toilet in all my previous reviews, but the bidet toilet in our room was great to use and had all the widgets you can dream of. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The selection was huge and the foods were tasty. Just don't go there during public holidays as it will be very crowded, like what we had experienced. We were there during the May Dragon Boat Festival. We were given a table at breakfast, then we all got up to get foods. When we return to our designated table, there were other people sitting at our table. The staff was very apologetic and got us a different table quickly, so all is well. In general, it is a good and luxurious hotel.
