Morris Island Kid friendly Vacations

bathtub had hair and soap scum in it. odd toilet and needs updating but beds comfortable.

Our room was clean and supplied with everything we needed. We loved the free coffee availability in the lobby each morning to get the day started. The quick complimentary shuttle to Charleston is the way to travel compared to the water taxi charging $15 per person. The driver provided us with a descriptive history lesson of Charleston on the short 15 minute trip. Overall, we had a great stay at the Ocean Club Resort.

Have stayed at the Emeline numerous times. Love the hotel, its location and the staff are wonderful. Nicole at the front desk is always helpful, friendly and a perfect example of what a front desk staff should be! Will be returning soon!

Beautiful property, well maintained, and close to shops, restaurants, and historical places.

Wonderful stay! Love the renovation. Looking forward to the spa opening eventually. I assume it will exceed expectations as The Charleston Place always does!!

It’s a beautiful hotel worth visiting when you’re in Charleston

We were a little underwhelmed when we stayed at the Dewberry. It is nice but not for the price you pay. We stayed at another hotel for 3 days before that & had impeccable service & rooms so maybe that is why but we didn't feel like there was anything really special about our room here. The location is far away from all the things we wanted to do, which was fine because we don't mind walking, but just something to note. The rooftop bar is a must & you get preferred access if you stay there which is really what you are paying for. I had added an upgrade to our room for a bottle of champagne to be sent up to our room when we checked in but it never came. We left early the next morning to go to the airport & when we got in the car my husband realized we left some pictures in our room so I sent the hotel a message to see if they could get them for us before they cleaned the room, but I never even heard back from anyone. Overall the stay was fine but we just figured for the price it would be a little more upscale.

Stayed there for a weekend getaway. Service was great and location was everything!! Feet away from market and entertainment.
