Easy check in, good room

Great places to see for the convention not most modern and certainly spread out, but it worked out great

Very clean with many Amenities and lots of restaurants to choose from. My fridge didn’t work but staff replaced it after I made a complaint to the front desk.

I had an excellent experience with this hotel. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. My room had the perfect amount of space, was equipped with all of the essentials and was very clean; they even provided complimentary water and coffee in the room which was nice. It’s also a very good location and central to everything that you can think of. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service and amenities

Great location. Close to shops, the grove, restaurants and buses. Property too expensive for what you get. Basic but clean room. No table or even a chair or a luggage rack inside

Beautiful property and attentive staff. I loved it.

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.
