Great relaxing stay! Woody was awesome by the pool. John was great and very helpful. The ferry staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. I’d just pay more pay a little more attention to cleaning in the room.

The location was great however I was expecting a lot more from the property itself. We stayed on the junior suite and the room looked old, the mirror had black stains on it and the balcony furniture was stained. I pulled the extra pillow and cover in the closet for my daughter and it was definitely used before, it had hairs on the pillow and lipstick. From our room, we had to crossed a street that was pretty busy to get to the main property which was not ideal since it rained a couple of days and we had kids. Positive the food at the restaurant was great and valet parking employees were really helpful. Will probably not repeat.

Wonderful Old Naples location. Convenient beach access.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The view was spectacular, watching the incoming boats was calming and relaxing. Nosh restaurant was very classy and had many items to choose from. We had the short ribs and butterfish entrees which were fantastic. The front staff was accommodating and the coffee shop had Lavazza coffee speciality brews. We recommend this place for a relaxing time.

Construction was more than expected. Restaurants and food an availability was limited. Staff was great, kids water park was amazing.
