South Shore Kid friendly Vacations

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room. The biggest issue was the strong old cigar smell, which lingered throughout our stay. The bathroom floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, and the corners along the bottom of the walls looked dirty. We also found a cricket in the room, and there was a noticeable stain on the carpet. I was traveling with my three children, including my 11-month-old baby, and I didn’t even feel comfortable letting him crawl on the floor because it didn’t seem clean. Overall, the room felt old and could really use a thorough deep cleaning.

All restaurant/ cafe/ and bar were closed

There were the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash and other than that, no amenities. I also spend the entire night listening to snoring in the next room. I can also hear everything clearly. The walls are surprisingly paper thin. My room was on the 7th floor by the elevators. Front desk personnel at check in were unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive. I had purchased breakfasts and they forgot to issue those. I think this is a good hotel for traveling sports groups. Bare minimum but nice and clean. I hear that there is a lovely Japanese garden in the hotel.

Outstanding rooms with fantastic views. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again. Staff are helpful and very welcoming

The restaurant in the hotel is amazing staff is amazing everything is on point l.

Check in was easy and through a kiosk with someone on camera. Room was cute and clean. Traffic was a little loud but we also had a room that was close to the street. Parking is a little tight but would not prevent me from booking again. Lots of food places around and easy access to freeway.
