Clean rooms plenty of restaurants

Great hotel. Clean. Comfortable rooms. Ideal location. Front desk staff slightly rude. Every request/perk has a cost in Vegas these days.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

yes it was all easily accessible

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Great staff, rooms were spotless and beautiful. The view was awesome as well.

Room is ok, they don’t provide water for drinking. Check in queue is very long, take lot of time

Very clean and well-maintained room.

Room was good. Only complaint was being asked over and over to go to a presentation and being asked over and over to buy lotion or perfume stuff when we stepped off elevator. Don’t mind being asked once but that should be it.
