Waikiki outrigger Beach resort is in the perfect location on Waikiki beach,room had awesome views.Hotel is right on the beach. What I didn’t like was the hotel renovations and construction that was going on. The Mona surf rider on the south side and the Royal Hawaiian on the north side are much nicer resorts on the same beach with the same views. The grounds are nicer and these hotels are more luxurious. The famous Duke’s restaurant for us was a disappointment due to pricing and menu selection. $23 for coconut shrimp at happy hour, received four overcooked small shrimp and Mai tai’s were just OK.The Royal Hawaiian much better Mai tai’s.The Hula Grill upstairs is a much better restaurant food was good and views were awesome.Our beachfront room was nice our stay was was good, but overall this resort fell short in comparison to the other resorts at the same location for similar pricing. Big thumbs up to the Ke Kai catamaran, The Captain and crew we’re awesome,along with surfing out front of the hotel this was our highlight.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Waikiki! The views were beautiful, and the location was fantastic—everything we wanted to do in Waikiki was within walking distance. Our lower-floor oceanfront room made getting around easy, with very little elevator waiting. The pools were a highlight, and the waterslide was so much fun! Our reserved chaise lounge at the Edge pool was worth it: close to the water, plenty of shade, and great service. We watched turtles swimming around while in the infinity pool. HinaHina was great for both breakfast and lunch. We also loved the market for snacks, drinks, and Spam musubi—it was open early until late. Fresh towels and housekeeping were readily available, and the water and ice stations on each floor were convenient. Netflix and HBO in the room were a nice bonus. The ability to do laundry at the hotel once during our stay was also helpful. We ended up rescheduling our beach-chair reservation because of wind, but it ended up being more practical to have a separate pool day anyways. Plenty of chairs available even if you do not pay for reserve. We felt very safe with our items or having my nephew play at the kid’s pool while we were at the adult pool. Overall, a wonderful stay with beautiful views, fun pools, and an excellent location. We would happily return!

Wonderful oasis in a busy city. They are currently doing updates to the tower in preparation to celebrate a century. Love the history and nostalgia of the hotel.

We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room. So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.
