It was an older property but it was clean and the staff were very helpful. Very close to the Westlake train stop which made it very convenient. The complimentary bottles of water were very appreciated after the train trip from the airport.

Good staff and nice rooms

This is the most stunning hotel I have ever stayed at, I didn't want to leave. It's gorgeous, the beds are a dream, it's quiet, super clean but live plants all over even in your room. The staff was wonderful and the location top notch for convenience to restaurants, coffee and getting around Seattle. If I can afford it, I would be thrilled to stay here any and every time I visit.

I stayed three nights at the Mediterranean Inn. Upon check-in, I asked if they had a "nice room "for me. They delivered with a fifth floor west facing view of the Seattle waterfront. Rooms have been updated at some point and were super clean. Great, useful amenities: excellent espresso machine, real mugs and glasses, a dish towel!, microwave and refrigerator. My only complaint was that the refrigerator was not very cold. But I could supplement with ice from down the hall. The front desk staff was usually quite busy, but always friendly. The lobby is from a somewhat earlier era, but had lots of nice couches and chairs for relaxing and sociability. As a solo traveler, I really appreciate that.
