Wonderful hotel. Everything you’d expect. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Kids had fun at the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is terrific and you can easily walk to many of the attractions including parliament hill and byward market. Highly recommend. We also did High Tea and it was lovely.

The room was fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. The buffet style breakfast was great.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom setup. When taking a shower, the water goes everywhere and ends up soaking almost the entire bathroom floor. We had to clean up a lot of water after every shower, which was inconvenient. More importantly, the wet floor can become very slippery and dangerous, especially for young children and older adults. I hope the hotel can improve the shower design or add something to prevent the water from spreading throughout the bathroom. Aside from that issue, we were happy with the cleanliness, room size, and great service from the staff.
