Amazing customer service I highly recommend this hotel even if you're staying here for just a few hours for a layover. I love the amenities all the extra amenities like toothbrush razor and shaving cream also water in the room. Very accommodating and affordable.

The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful, refusing to accept copies of IDs for my wife and 2.5-year-old child, saying they needed original fiscal IDs instead. Because of this, they are not accept to stay after1:30 hour of waiting. I then moved to the St. Regis, where the staff was much more polite and welcoming.no way recommend or do it again.
